Some say that SUP is a fad. Whether it is or not, I like it. Actually, I love it. Especially when my wife asks me to go paddle. What I trip out on is, why it took so long to hit the masses. It feels like it was just yesterday that Laird Hamilton led the charge to put SUP on the wave riding map. Since then many new SUP starts up companies and SUP magazines have hit the market.
I've said it before, it's not just what you know but who you know. I have great news today! I, I mean 'WE', now know someone in the industry! Good friend and IB lifeguard, Mike Pilgrim, has been importing SUP boards for the past year or so and today we're going to sit down and figure out how to get you a Surf Craft Paddle Board on the cheap. Because you know MannyV, I'm going to make sure that a Surf Craft Paddle Board is your first quality SUP board you own. So stay tuned and I'll have that discount code for you here first! For now, peep his site and take a look at his boards: http://www.surfcraftpaddleboards.com
Jeff Flindt and I took out the boards while he and his wife where in town. |
PS: It's going to be a matter of time before my photos flood the Surf Craft website. I'm excited!
